POTSDAM PUBLIC MUSEUM

ARTICLE III: TRUSTEES

The Museum Board shall consist of not less than ten nor more than sixteen trustees. Of these, the Town Board representative shall be appointed by the Village Board on the recommendation of the Town Board. The remainder shall be appointed by the Village Board on the recommendation of the Museum Board.
